My bag has scratches or marks on it
All our leather bags have there own uniqueness to them.
We often use the marks and imperfections the animal had on it’s skin.
This gives each bag it’s own unique look.

What is the fitting of the t-shirts?
You can find the fitting of the t-shirt you are interested in, in the description of the product.
size S can be compared with size 34-36, size m with 38-40, Size L with 40-42, XL with 42-44
and XXL with 44-46.
*Tip* Try a larger size to create a fabulous boyfriend look.

How do I return a purchase?

I’ve received a product I didn’t order
We always advice you to check the products you receive.
If you’ve received an incorrect order please contact us at Service@ellaflor.boutique
We handle all orders with care but we are human and mistakes can occur. We apologize in advance

Shipping and handling
It is our strive to ship all orders within 2 workdays with postNL.
You should receive your order within 3 workdays (in Holland).
If a product is out of stock or if something is wrong with your order we will contact you.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If an order is placed and paid it can not be changed or canceled.
You can send your purchase back within 14 day’s, unused and in its original package.
The costs of returning a purchase is for the customer unless you’ve received a wrong item.
